Role Location This is an onsite role based in Philadelphia, PA About The Job You're Considering We are seeking an experienced **AEM Enterprise Program Architect** to design and lead end-to-end digital marketing and customer experience solutions using the **Adobe Experience Cloud ecosystem**. This role requires strong architectural expertise, business acumen, and the ability to drive large-scale enterprise transformations across omnichannel platforms. Your Role
  • Design and deliver **digital marketing platform strategies** leveraging Adobe Marketing/Experience Cloud.
  • Engage with **C-level and VP-level stakeholders**, translating business goals into scalable technology solutions.
  • Lead **enterprise architecture and solution design** for complex digital ecosystems.
  • Define and implement **multi-solution architecture** across Adobe platforms and integrated systems.
  • Conduct **discovery workshops** to gather, analyze, and consolidate business and technical requirements.
  • Develop **technology roadmaps** aligned with business objectives and digital transformation goals.
  • Drive **digital marketing and content strategy**, including CXM/CMS/WCM solutions.
  • Lead distributed teams across **onshore, offshore, and nearshore delivery models**.
  • Establish and promote **best practices, frameworks, and reusable assets** (templates, whitepapers, methodologies).
  • Design and deliver **data-driven solutions**, including analytics and customer behavioral models.
  • Provide guidance on **UI/UX strategy** and customer experience optimization.
  • Support **pre-sales and sales cycles**, including solutioning and presentations.
  • Ensure alignment with **industry trends** such as omnichannel marketing, personalization, and CDP adoption.
Your Skills and Experience
  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or equivalent experience
  • **10+ years** of overall IT experience
  • **5+ years** working with Adobe Experience Cloud as a practitioner, developer, and architect
  • Proven experience leading **end-to-end Adobe Experience Cloud implementations**
  • Strong expertise in defining both **functional and non-functional requirements**
  • Strong expertise in **Adobe Experience Cloud**, including: AEM Sites & AEM Assets, Adobe Target, Adobe Analytics, Adobe Launch, Adobe Campaign, Adobe Real-Time CDP / AEP, Adobe Journey Optimizer, Marketo, Workfront
  • Deep understanding of:** Omnichannel digital marketing platforms, Customer Data Platforms (CDP),Content Management Systems (CMS/WCM),eCommerce and CRM integrations**
  • Strong experience in **AEM (6.x and AEM as a Cloud Service)**:Templates, Components, Workflows, MSM, I18N, Tagging, Translation, Search, CRX and Apache Sling
  • Proficiency in:**Java/J2EE, OOP, and design patterns,**Java frameworks (Spring, Struts, etc.),UML diagrams (Use Case, Sequence, Deployment, etc.),Adobe security models and SSO
#LI-MS4 The base compensation range for this role in the posted location is :$82,082 - $193,440 Capgemini provides compensation range information in accordance with applicable national, state, provincial, and local pay transparency laws.
