We are seeking a senior Advisory & Solutioning Lead Data & Analytics with a strong sales and presales mindset to drive large-scale data transformation engagements. This role blends strategic data advisory, solution architecture, and deal shaping, partnering closely with customers CXOs to define and deliver business-outcomedriven data and analytics strategies. The role is pivotal in originating, shaping, and winning multi-million-dollar data and analytics opportunities, while providing thought leadership across cloud, data platforms, and enterprise analytics architectures.
Key Responsibilities
- Act as a trusted Data & Analytics advisor to customers, engaging directly with senior business and technology stakeholders to understand business challenges and translate them into scalable data-driven solutions.
- Lead sales and presales engagements, proactively and reactively shaping large, complex, multi-year transformation deals and driving TCS positioning with customers.
- Define and articulate end-to-end Data & Analytics strategies, target-state architectures, and multi-year transformation roadmaps aligned to customer business objectives.
- Bring deep cloud architecture expertise across Azure, AWS, and GCP, with hands-on experience delivering large-scale cloud-based data programs (minimum 23 years of cloud project experience).
- Design and present compelling solution architectures covering platform engineering, developer experience, and modern data platforms across on-prem, hybrid, and cloud environments.
- Focus on AI driven data
- Architect and oversee enterprise-scale data ecosystems, leveraging technologies such as Databricks, Snowflake, Microsoft Fabric , Redshift , Big Query , MDM and data governance tools like Collibra and Alation.
- Lead and participate in architecture reviews with internal teams and client stakeholders, ensuring alignment to best practices, scalability, and business outcomes.
- Assess customers current-state data, processes, and technologies to identify gaps and opportunities, recommending improvements in tooling, training, and operating models.
- Build and sustain strong relationships with CXOs, CDOs, CDAOs, and Data & Analytics leaders, acting as a strategic partner in their data and analytics journey.
- Demonstrate strong collaboration, communication, and analytical skills, thriving in fast-paced, high-pressure sales and delivery environments.
Qualifications & Experience
- 13+ years of overall experience, with at least 10+ years in consulting, advisory, practice leadership, or presales roles within the Data & Analytics domain, including strategy and roadmap definition.
- Prior experience in a CDO/CDAO or equivalent leadership role is a strong plus.
- Proven ability to demonstrate thought leadership, influence senior stakeholders, and drive a business-outcomeled approach to data and analytics transformation.
- Strong background in the technology, software, and services industry, with demonstrated success in enterprise sales, solutioning, and customer engagement.
- Excellent executive communication and presentation skills, with the ability to articulate complex technical concepts to both technical and non-technical audiences.
- Demonstrated leadership traits, strategic thinking capability, strong business acumen, customer-centric mindset, and the ability to partner effectively with senior IT and business leaders.
Salary Range: 152,500-206,300 a year
