This role is responsible for initiating, developing, and converting advisory engagements encompassing asset management, program set-up and transformation, capital and investment strategy, and operational performance improvement. The role requires close collaboration with technical and delivery teams to position us as a holistic, long-term advisory partner, capable of solving complex, cross-functional challenges for clients.

Key Responsibilities:

Market & Revenue Growth
  • Develop and execute the business development strategy.
  • Build and manage a diversified pipeline across:
    • Asset management,
    • Program set-up and transformation,
    • Capital planning and investment strategy.

Client Relationship Development & Management
  • Build and maintain senior-level relationships with:
    • Asset Intensive organizations across the public and private sectors,
    • Private infrastructure owners, operators and investors (utilities, transportation, transmission and distribution authorities),
    • Strategic partners across T&T's overall advisory services.
  • Lead business development activities from first contact through proposal development, negotiation, and contract close.
  • Position us as a long-term strategic partner in new sectors and subregions across the East Coast.
  • Serve as a trusted advisor to C-suite and senior executives, positioning us as an enterprise-level advisory partner, not solely a niche asset management provider.
  • Lead business development activities from initial engagement through proposal, negotiation, and close across multi-service integrated engagements.
  • Originate and shape opportunities that combine multiple service lines into high-value transformation programs.

Solution Development & Proposals
  • Collaborate with technical leaders to design multidisciplinary solutions addressing client challenges across strategy, capital planning and operations.
  • Lead development of high-quality proposals, RFP responses, and presentations that clearly articulate end-to-end advisory value propositions.
  • Provide guidance regarding commercial pricing.
  • Ensure alignment between client outcomes, delivery capability, and commercial strategy.

Thought Leadership & Brand Presence
  • Represent us at industry conferences, client forums, and professional associations.
  • Develop and promote thought leadership across key themes, including infrastructure strategy and funding, asset management, capital delivery and investment optimization.

Internal Collaboration
  • Partner with our leaders to align business development with evolving end-to-end advisory offerings.
  • Provide structured market feedback to inform new service development and innovation.
  • Mentor staff in business development activities, from client engagement to proposal and pricing development.

Qualifications

  • Proven track record of selling advisory services to senior decision makers.

Key Competencies
  • Strategic and commercial thinker with a broad advisory mindset.
  • Ability to connect client challenges with holistic solutions.
  • Executive-level communication and presentation skills.
  • Collaborative mindset with technical credibility.
  • High ownership and results orientation.

Why Join
  • Opportunity to shape and grow our presence in a rapidly evolving market.
  • Exposure to high-impact, mission-critical challenges.
