As Advisor, Regional Visibility and Engagement, you'llplay a central role in making BBA's expertise, projects and people highlyvisible and impossible to overlook across our priority regions and platforms.You'll bring together content, relationships and real operational activity, turningwhat's happening on the ground into stories that resonate in the market.

  • Shape and activate social media and PR initiatives that showcase BBA's expertise, projects and leadership
  • Work closely with experts and operational teams across regions to identify strong stories, insights and perspectives, and translate them into engaging, market-facing content
  • Write and produce content in multiple formats, including social posts, expert interviews, thought leadership and video storytelling
  • Collaborate with agencies, designers and videographers, while remaining directly involved in content creation and creative direction
  • Identify and coordinate PR opportunities with BBA's leaders and experts to increase visibility and credibility
  • Prepare and submit award applications that highlight BBA's most impactful projects and expertise
  • Activate employee advocacy initiatives that amplify BBA's voice through its people, by training, coaching and guiding leaders and experts
  • Support the activation of BBA's social impact strategy by coordinating corporate and local partnerships and giving visibility to initiatives that matter to our people and communities

Summary of certifications and jobrequirements

  • At least seven (7) years of relevant experience in marketing communications
  • Bachelor's degree in marketing, communications or another relevant field of study
  • Excellent written and spoken communication skills in English; proficiency in French and/or Spanish is considered a strong asset
  • Strong writing and editorial skills
  • Excellent knowledge of social media and digital communication platforms
  • Good knowledge of graphic and video production tools (e.g., Canva)
