With us, you'll get the opportunity to...- Support the principal advisor in preparing, structuring and monitoring project-execution consulting mandates
- Help implement BBA's approach to developing managers and project execution
- Help prepare presentations, analyses and workshops for internal and external clients
- Participate in analyzing project-execution processes, identifying improvement opportunities and documenting findings
- Help design and improve risk-management and optimization processes for internal teams and clients
- Help implement best practices, KPIs and PMO tools
- Support teams in mandates related to project execution, risk management, operational excellence, strategic planning and project preparation
- Conduct industry research and best-practice analysis to support recommendations for clients
- Assist account managers in preparing proposals and business-development documents
- Work with multidisciplinary teams to help continuously improve PMO practices
- Help develop internal knowledge, including tools, templates and feedback
- Contribute to change management and communication initiatives led by the PMO leadership

Summary of certifications and job requirements- Four to eight years of experience in project management, PMO, consulting or a related field
- A solid understanding of project execution principles and a willingness to deepen your expertise
- Comfortable working in a strategic and operational support role with more senior profiles
- Strong ability to analyze, organize and synthesize
- Intermediate English skills to facilitate collaboration with other BBA offices and/or clients located in English-speaking Canadian provinces and abroad; you may need to use English occasionally or daily, depending on current projects
- Advanced French skills to facilitate collaboration with other BBA offices and/or clients in Québec
- Ability to work with teams and develop trusting relationships
- Asset: experience in the mining, natural resource or heavy industry sector
