Full Job Description
Responsibilities
  • Manage recurring daily, weekly, and monthly product pricing processes.
  • Cross train and maintain personal operational readiness on the full suite of team tasks.
  • Complete ad hoc requests and problem solve.
  • Assist with pricing inquiries and customer pricing setups.
  • Work to integrate new technologies and strategies.
  • Utilize, review, and update standard operating procedure documents.
  • Works both autonomously to knock out tasks and as part of a team to cover gaps and solve problems.
  • Moves swiftly from one varied task to another.
  • Does not become content with "good enough," and is comfortable with continuous improvement and the frequent changes that accompany that team mindset.
  • Strives to work smarter, not harder, and prioritizes efficiency.
  • Maintains strong focus and attention to detail without losing sight of the big picture by recognizing how individual processes and solutions are consistent with, and integrated into, the overall strategy.

  • Research root causes for a wide range of problems and develop solutions regardless of whether the need arises suddenly as an ad hoc request, or is planned in advance as part of a scheduled project.
  • Cross train and then maintain operational readiness on the full suite of team tasks.
  • Execute to a high performance standard, being comfortable in a transparent environment and with accountability to the rest of the team.


Qualifications:
  • Bachelors degree in related field, or equivalent work experience, preferred.
  • 4+ years experience in related field, preferred.
  • Competence working efficiently with large datasets and analytics software.
  • Experience with pricing strategies, pricing processes, pricing systems and controls, customer deal economics, and financial modeling techniques, preferred.
  • Experience extracting, manipulating, and preparing data from multiple internal and external sources and leveraging it to develop and execute pricing strategies, preferred.
  • Generic pharmaceutical industry knowledge is a plus.
  • Is driven, intellectually curious, and dedicated to seeking out insights to create and improve value driving operations.
  • Is willing to learn, ask lots of questions, and question the status quo.
  • Have a willingness to take responsibility and adjust as needed to reach KPI targets.
  • Be capable of working independently with general guidance on new projects.

Anticipated salary range: $80,900 - $103,950
