Job Summary:
The Advisor Credit Assurance and Reporting is responsible for supporting the organization's credit risk management framework by ensuring the accuracy, integrity, and compliance of credit-related data and reporting. This role conducts credit assurance reviews, prepares regulatory and internal reports, and collaborates with cross-functional teams to enhance credit processes and controls.

Job Duties and Responsibilities:
  • Conduct credit assurance reviews to assess compliance with credit policies and procedures; analyze credit data and identify areas for improvement; prepare and deliver accurate credit risk reports for internal stakeholders and regulatory bodies; monitor credit portfolio performance and highlight emerging risks; collaborate with credit, risk, and finance teams to enhance data quality and reporting processes; support audits and regulatory examinations related to credit assurance; maintain up-to-date documentation of credit controls and assurance activities; recommend process improvements to strengthen credit risk management; ensure adherence to regulatory and organizational standards; provide guidance and training to team members on credit assurance and reporting best practices.

Minimum Education: Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Business Administration, or related field;
