About the role
We are looking for two Maintenance Planners to ensure all weekly maintenance activities are planned and scheduled to ensure the efficiency of the maintenance crew and the reliability of the equipment in your respective area. The key to success in this position will be the individual’s ability to manage multiple resources/requests, exercise sound decision-making and deliver planned work to the committed timeframes.
This role is a great opportunity for an organized and curious individual to progress their career in a large-scale maintenance environment. They will get the opportunity to work on the six-week planning process in their area.

The base salary range for this role is $90,560 - $135,840 CAD in addition to allowances, bonus, equity, health or retirement benefits, and any other discretionary benefits offered at Rio Tinto. Our base salary ranges are based on role, level, and location. Within the range, individual pay is determined by the skills, experience, and impact you bring to the role. Rio Tintos BC Works is a part of the Atlantic Operations of the Aluminium product group and has been operating in British Columbia for over 70 years.
