Full Job Description
The Advanced Technology Specialist (ATS) will work with Territory Managers ( IOL sales Team) as a clinical liaison under the direction of an assigned Regional Business Director to drive premium lens sales.

Purpose of the Role

  • Drive and achieve the sales target for the premium IOL portfolio in the US including our newest launches, RayOne EMV Toric and Galaxy
  • Upskill and support Territory Managers in their commercial effectiveness
  • Educate and support accounts, surgeons, and KOLs directly
  • Lead the premium sector through extensive knowledge of Rayner and competitor premium IOL technology
  • Support and drive clinical expertise across the private sector groups in line with US strategy
  • Keep updated with market developments, providing regular training to the direct and distributor sales teams
  • Work closely with Marketing and Eye Sciences to increase podium presence, deliver high quality medical education, webinars, case studies and articles
  • Work closely with the AVP Sales, Marketing team, training, and distributors
  • Plan, coordinate and implement clinical evaluations to ensure clinical acceptance of Rayner product range and technology
