About the role:

As an Advanced Project Manager, you will join our America's Engineer Solutions team. You will manage projects within the ESS organization where we implement design changes and provide detailed engineering support for operating plants. The Advanced PM will be responsible for all project management processes on high complexity, high revenue projects. Example project disciplines include Engineering (Mechanical, Electrical, Instrumentation, Structural, Thermo/hydraulic, piping), Field Services, Software, and Process Improvement.

You will report to the Manager of Projects. While this position is a remote position, we will focus it on our Norwell, MA facility.

Key Responsibilities:
  • You will complete all aspects of planning process including authoring project plans and developing scope, schedule, and cost baselines.
  • Based on project plan, you will follow department protocols for acquiring team members to complete the work.
  • Manage all aspects of project including scope, schedule, cost, risk, procurement, quality, resources, communications, and partners.
  • Interpret and transmit project/contract requirements, and subsequent changes, to teams following an integrated change management process.
  • Coordinate project communications ensuring team, customer, and all partners are kept informed of status. Maintain project databases and procedures to ensure efficient handling and transmission of project correspondence and documentation between project team members.
  • Close project by archiving work in financial, scheduling, document management, and resource management systems/tools. Perform final project quality assessment and report out.


Qualifications:
  • 10+ years of experience
  • Bachelor's degree required. Applicable disciplines are Project Management, Engineering, Business, Construction Management or related technical discipline. Advanced degree in Project Management, Engineering, or Business.
  • 5+ years of experience leading teams.


We are committed to transparency and equity in all of our people practices. The base salary range for this position, which is dependent upon experience, qualifications and skills, is estimated to be ($103,200 to $129,000) per year.
