We are searching for highly motivated individuals to join one of the nation's first training and onboarding programs tailored specifically for Physician Assistants and Nurse Practitioners.   • Comprehensive & Cohort-Based Training: Over the course of two years, you'll receive extensive training in Clinical Informatics, all while being part of a collaborative cohort of like-minded professionals. Grow, learn, and thrive in a dynamic environment designed to fast-track your success.

Qualifications:

Requirements:
Educational Requirements: Family Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant: graduation from an accredited Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant program, Masters/Doctoral degree preferred. Active Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant CT license, current certification, Federal DEA license required.
3 + years of experience as an Physician Assistant or Nurse Practitioner APRN, Proficiency with EPIC EMR, demonstrating ability to positively interact with medical/nursing and multidisciplinary teams, experience in leading multidisciplinary teams and quality improvement projects, familiarity and interest in using data analytics and reporting tools (Tableau) to improve patient care.
