Nurse Practitioners and
Physician Assistants to join their team.
Although previous nephrology experience is preferred, APP candidates must have a strong background in Cardiology, Internal Medicine, Emergency Room, MedSurg, or ICU. The ideal candidate will be ready to learn and hit the ground running in this high-demand group!
Competitive Hiring Package:- Hiring range of $72-$82/hr., depending on experience
- 1 week of CME per year - CME registration, travel, and lodging covered by practice

Schedule/Practice Details: - No weekend or call coverage is expected
- Responsible for capturing dialysis unit patients (billed under the physician)
- May have their own panel of clinic patients, but the majority will be collaborating with physicians to alternate care
- Hospital-rounding will be with attending Nephrologist
Qualifications: - Licensed Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant
- Competencies in advanced health assessment, physical examination, diagnosis, planning, and managing care including pharmacotherapeutics.
- Provide nursing expertise in diagnosis and treatment to prevent, remediate, or alleviate illness and promote health, thus, resulting in improved patient outcomes.
- Knowledge of patient assessment techniques including taking medical histories, performing physicals, evaluating health status including state of wellness, and compliance with care recommendations.
- Knowledge of diagnosing and treating medical problems and developing care plans.
- Knowledge of medical records documentation in a confidential manner.
