Exciting Opportunity at MSK: Join the Outpatient Urology Service as an Advanced Practice Provider (APP)!Memorial Sloan Kettering Cancer Center (MSK) is seeking an experienced and collaborative Advanced Practice Provider (NP or PA) to join our Outpatient Urology team. This position will focus on the longitudinal management of patients with genitourinary cancers undergoing active surveillance and other urologic pathologies. Working alongside a multidisciplinary team of physicians, nurses, and allied health professionals, you'll play a key role in delivering high-quality, patient-centered oncology care across our Manhattan and New Jersey practice locations.
Role OverviewThe APP will provide comprehensive outpatient care for patients with urologic cancers managed through active surveillance. In this role, you will:
- Independently manage follow-up visits, including patient assessment, surveillance, symptom management, and treatment planning.
- Collaborate closely with Urology physicians and the multidisciplinary care team to develop and implement individualized care plans.
- Review laboratory, pathology, and imaging results, making appropriate clinical decisions and coordinating follow-up care.
- Educate patients and their families on disease processes, surveillance protocols, treatment options, and supportive care resources.
- Coordinate diagnostic testing, specialty referrals, and ongoing care across multiple practice locations.
- Participate in quality improvement initiatives and contribute to the continued growth of the Urology APP practice.
Key Qualifications- Graduate of an accredited Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant program.
- Active New York State NP or PA license (or eligibility).
- New Jersey license (or ability to obtain prior to start).
- National certification as an NP or PA.
- Prior experience in Urology is required.
- Oncology experience is preferred.
- Excellent communication, flexibility, collaboration, and clinical decision-making skills.
- Ability to work independently while thriving in a collaborative, multidisciplinary environment.

Additional Information:- Schedule: Four 10-hour shifts per week.

Pay Range: $136,400.00 - $225,100.00
