Services: - Well-child check
- Immunizations
- Physicals- for school, camp, or sports
- Hearing, vision, and developmental screenings
- Chronic health management including asthma, allergies and obesity
- Behavioral consultations including evaluation and treatment of ADD and ADHD
- Video visits for established patients

- Licensed in North Carolina
