WHO WE ARE LOOKING FOR:Franciscan Physician Network is seeking a full-time Nephrology Advanced Practice Provider to join our team at Franciscan Health Hypertension & Nephrology located in Lafayette, Indiana. Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant will support the Nephrology department by seeing patients in the clinic and in the outpatient dialysis units. There are 4 dialysis units and 4 clinic locations. The APP will rotate one to two days per week at these sites with one physician and one APP.
WHAT WE NEED:Ideal candidate will have past or present nephrology experience, strong focus on clinical excellence, and patient satisfaction. Candidate will display exceptional interpersonal skills and desire to develop strong ties with the community and existing medical staff. Provider will need to work collaboratively with physician to coordinate and deliver the highest quality of patient care.
WHAT YOU CAN EXPECT:- Traditional full-time schedule
- Clinic hours: Monday - Friday, 8:00 a.m. - 5:00 p.m.
- No call expectation
- 1 - 2 days per week at an outreach location
- Crawfordsville
- Monticello
- Rensselaer
- Average outpatient volume: 10 - 12 patients per day
- Experience in Nephrology is preferred

Qualifications:- Master's Degree - Required
- Physician Assistant Certified (PA-C) - Required - or
