Sentara Medical Group has a full-time opening for an APP (NP or PA) to join Sentara Family Medicine - Manhattan Square in Hampton, Virginia. Position Highlights:
  • Monday-Friday (36 patient contact hours, 4 hours admin)
  • Flexibility to work 4 to 4-1/2 day work week; option for extended hours
  • Average of 18 - 20 patients per day
  • Join a collaborative team with 3 physicians, 3 APPs, and 25 support staff
  • Provide care to a wide range of patients: adults and chronic/complex care management, pediatric opportunity, and newborns, if desired
  • No call expectation
