Full Job Description
Position Summary

Assumes clinical management of our specific patient population, employees, physicians and volunteers in collaboration with the Employee Health and Wellness Medical Director(s) physician. Follows established standards, procedures, and practices and gives specific patient management directions to nursing and other staff. Performs all or a significant combination of duties depending on specialty areas.

Education
* Bachelor's degree in Nursing plus completion of an ANA accredited Nurse Practitioner Program. Master's degree in nursing required.
* Nursing License
* Life Support certification.
* Certification in Occupational Health Nursing required within 2 years
* As of 06/01/2026 Magnet recognized national certification required.

Experience
* 3-5 years health provider experience; Occupational Health or ambulatory experience preferred.

Skills
* Good physical assessment skills, triage, and first aid skills. Understanding of workers compensation, LOA, Joint Commission, NJ STATE, ADA and OSHA regulations. Good patient education skills. Strong communication skills and proficient computer skills.

Salary

Pay Range: $120,848.00 - $151,060.00

The posted pay range reflects the compensation for a full-time equivalent (1.0 FTE)
