Job DescriptionAs an Advanced Manufacturing Engineering Manager here at Honeywell Aerospace, you will provide technical leadership and expertise in advanced manufacturing processes. You will play a crucial role in driving innovation and continuous improvement in our manufacturing operations by developing and implementing advanced manufacturing strategies, leading cross-functional teams, and driving the adoption of cutting-edge technologies.

ResponsibilitiesKEY RESPONSIBILITIES- Lead the Advanced Manufacturing Engineering team to design, optimize, and maintain production processes, equipment, and quality standards
- Hire, train, mentor, and evaluate manufacturing engineers and technicians to support daily production and long-term career growth
- Work alongside operations, supply chain, and upper management to resolve bottlenecks and meet safety, quality, delivery, and cost targets
- Oversee and manage advanced manufacturing operations to ensure efficiency, quality, and productivity
- Implement advanced manufacturing technologies and processes to optimize production
- Drive continuous improvement initiatives to enhance operational performance
QualificationsDue to compliance with U.S. export control laws and regulations, candidate must be a U.S. person, which is defined as, a U.S. citizen, a U.S. permanent resident, or have protected status in the U.S. under asylum or refugee status.
YOU MUST HAVE- Bachelor's degree from an accredited institution in a technical discipline such as science, technology, engineering, mathematics
- Proven experience in advanced manufacturing, process optimization, and lean manufacturing principles
- Strong knowledge of manufacturing technologies, such as automation, robotics, and additive manufacturing
- Experience with data analysis and statistical process control
- Excellent problem-solving and decision-making skills
- Strong leadership skills in managing manufacturing teams

The annual base salary range for this position is $155,000 - $188,000. Please note that this salary information serves as a general guideline.
