Advanced Manufacturing Engineer Sr. As an Advanced Manufacturing Engineer Sr. here at Honeywell Aerospace, you will play a crucial role in optimizing production processes and driving continuous improvement initiatives to enhance efficiency, reduce costs, and improve quality in our manufacturing operations. You will report directly to our Sr. Adv. Manufacturing Engineering Manager, and youll work out of our Phoenix, Az location on an on-site work schedule. In this role, you will impact the manufacturing operations by applying your expertise in advanced manufacturing technologies and process optimization to ensure high-quality and efficient production, contributing to Honeywell Aerospaces position as a global technology leader. Help build a strong, diverse team by recruiting talent, identifying, and developing successors, driving retention and engagement, and fostering an inclusive culture Responsibilities KEY RESPONSIBILITIES Lead and oversee advanced manufacturing processes to ensure quality, efficiency, and productivity Develop and implement strategies to optimize production processes and drive continuous improvement Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and implement advanced manufacturing technologies Develop and maintain work instructions based on engineering blueprints, demonstrating the ability to interpret and apply technical specifications accurately. Create and maintain SAP BOMs and routings to facilitate the manufacturing flow of space products Qualifications YOU MUST HAVE Bachelors degree from an accredited institution in technical discipline such as science, technology, engineering, mathematics Proven experience in advanced manufacturing, process optimization, and lean manufacturing principles Strong knowledge of manufacturing technologies, such as automation, robotics, and additive manufacturing Experience with data analysis and statistical process control to identify areas for improvement and implement corrective actions Ability to provide technical expertise and guidance to manufacturing teams and manage resources effectively to meet production targets WE VALUE Masters degree in engineering or related advanced technical discipline Proven track record of driving process improvements and achieving measurable results Strong mechanical background skills and ability to implement innovative solutions Mechanical knowledge of bearing systems and rotor balancing Knowledge of industry best practices and emerging trends in advanced manufacturing Commitment to continuous learning and professional development Benefits working for Honeywell Aerospace: Beyond a performance-driven salary, youll work alongside dedicated experts on technology thats advancing aviation.
