Job Description

Designs, develops, implements, administers and delivers training programs and initiatives to all levels of the organization. Performs needs assessments to identify knowledge, skill and behavioral gaps. Provides consultation on Learning & Development research, learning theory, technologies, instructional design, adult learning and best practices. Engages with HR, business leaders and other internal stakeholders to understand, support and advise on specific Learning & Development needs. Interacts with functional organizations to develop specifications for course content.

Responsibilities

  • Consults and advises on a wide variety of complex projects across the company.
  • May play a lead role in terms of: Needs assessments, Program design, including instructional design, Program development and delivery, including facilitation, Program management, including pricing and funding.
  • Prepares and presents learning / execution strategies for selected programs.
  • Interfaces with senior leaders and stakeholders for program support and approval.
  • Researches and aligns internal and external best practices to guide recommendations on learning opportunities and gaps.
  • Advises management of workforce issues; provides recommendations to assist with performance management, recruiting, compensation, coaching and corrective action processes.
  • Monitors and evaluates the effectiveness of Learning and Development programs, including employee, management and organizational development, to identify trends and areas for improvement.
  • Personally delivers / facilitates developmental sessions for employee and senior-level individuals and groups


Qualifications

  • Diploma or equivalent work experience required.
  • Strong presentation and instructional design skills.
  • Minimum of 6-8 years of relevant experience or equivalent combination of education and experience in Learning and Development.
  • Good business English skills (Written and spoken)
  • Willingness to travel 10 to 25%
  • Preference given to those in Eastern time zone, to support global locations.

The annual base salary range for this position is $100,000 to $120,000. Actual compensation will depend on factors such as qualifications, skills, competencies, geographic location, and relevant experience. Certain roles may include additional components beyond base salary, such as incentive opportunities or other forms of variable compensation. Details of any such components will be discussed during the interview process and will be governed by the applicable plan documents.
