THE WORK- Analyzes and designs sequence of operations and work flow to improve efficiencies in plant and production facilities and equipment layouts; and establishes methods for maximum utilization of production facilities and personnel.
- May establish or assist in establishing accident prevention measures and may manage training programs for personnel concerning all phases of production operations.
- Conducts studies pertaining to cost control, cost reduction, inventory control, and production record systems.
- On the basis of these studies, develops and implements plans and programs for facility modifications and revisions to operating methods.
- May assist facilities engineers in the planning and design of facilities.

Basic Qualifications- Bachelors degree from an accredited college in a related discipline, or equivalent experience/combined education, with 6 years of professional experience; or 5 years of professional experience with a related Masters degree.
- Excellent communication skills (verbal, written and presentation), particularly with Production Operations and Program Offices
- Ability to multi-task, organize and prioritize assignments
- Experience in applications of learning curves and capacity/manpower planning
Desired Skills- Aircraft Production, Maintenance, Modification, Repair and/or Overhaul Experience
- Knowledge Work Measurements and Time Standards, Productivity and Performance management, Capacity Analysis, Cost Analysis and Estimating.
- Greenbelt Certified -experience leading process improvement activities
- Experience with Earned Value Management (EVM), an understanding of Schedule Performance Index (SPI) and Cost Performance Index (CPI)

Pay InformationFull-Time Salary Range: $118000.00 - $219100.00
