Family Nurse Practitioner (FNP) - Make an Impact in Your Community

$110,000 - $140,000 | Full-Time | Maricopa County, AZ

Your Role as a Nurse Practitioner

As a Nurse Practitioner, you'll provide high-quality, comprehensive primary care including:

  • Preventive care & health promotion
  • Diagnosis, treatment & management of acute and chronic conditions
  • Patient education and community-focused care
  • Coordination and referrals as needed

You'll work with autonomy and purpose, supported by a collaborative care team that shares your passion for serving others.
