Full Job Description
The Advertising team is charged with building a new, best-in-class ads organization to establish Netflix as the premiere platform for advertiser partners and to drive advertising revenue. Ads Business Planning & Operations (BP&O) sits at the center of how we plan, measure, and operate that business.

Role Summary

As an Associate on the BP&O team, you will help translate business strategy into actionable plans, metrics, and processes that improve how quickly and effectively the Ads organization executes. You will work across regions and functions to support the organization's growth and operational effectiveness, providing leaders with the structure and insights needed for faster, better-informed decision-making. This role is ideal for someone who is analytical, organized, and comfortable working with senior stakeholders in a dynamic, global environment.

Key Responsibilities
  • Strategic Planning & OKR Management: Contribute to the alignment and management of organization-wide objectives and key results (OKRs). Lead on progress tracking, and support transparent communication of results to ensure teams are focused on the most impactful business outcomes
  • Rhythm of Business Coordination: Maintain the operating cadence for planning, execution, and review across the organization. Coordinate and support key business processes, leadership forums, and milestone reviews to drive alignment, accountability, and timely decision-making
  • Cross-Functional & Regional Coordination: Act as a connector across regions and functions, facilitating information flow, sharing best practices, and scaling learnings from priority initiatives and markets to accelerate execution globally
  • Operational Excellence Stewardship: Support high-priority, cross-functional initiatives that drive operational improvement and business transformation. Partner with stakeholders to identify opportunities, implement scalable solutions, and guide the organization through change, ensuring effective adoption and sustained impact
  • Program & Project Leadership: Support the execution of strategic programs, providing targeted support to areas that require focused attention. Remove barriers, drive alignment, and ensure initiatives are delivered on time and to standard, adapting to evolving business needs as required

About You
  • 4-6 years of experience in strategy, business operations, consulting, sales operations, or a similar role
  • Strong analytical skills; comfortable working with data sets, building dashboards, and translating numbers into clear narratives and recommendations
  • Excellent written and verbal communication, able to create crisp documents and presentations for senior audiences that clarify trade-offs and support faster decisions
  • Highly organized, with a bias toward action and an ability to manage multiple projects and stakeholders at once
  • Comfortable with ambiguity and change, you can structure unclear problems and move work forward without a lot of hand-holding
  • Curious and quick to learn; you ramp fast on unfamiliar topics and dig into problems independently
