Responsibilities:- Collaborate with the Director of Nursing to develop and implement policies and procedures to ensure high-quality care
- Provide guidance and mentoring to nursing staff, promoting professional development and a positive work environment
- Monitor and evaluate the quality of care provided, identifying areas for improvement and implementing corrective actions
- Develop and manage the nursing department's budget and resources
- Participate in quality improvement initiatives and patient safety committees
- Foster strong relationships with physicians, therapists, and other healthcare professionals to ensure seamless care coordination
Requirements:- ADON certification required
- 2 years of experience in a similar nursing leadership role
- Strong leadership and communication skills, with the ability to work effectively with diverse teams
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, prioritizing tasks and managing multiple responsibilities
- Strong knowledge of nursing standards, regulations, and best practices
