Responsibilities of Director of Wellness (RN)- Oversee all clinical and wellness services within the assisted living community
- Ensure compliance with all state regulations, policies, and clinical standards
- Manage resident assessments, service plans, and ongoing wellness monitoring
- Lead, coach, and support nursing staff and caregivers
- Collaborate with residents, families, physicians, and interdisciplinary team members
- Monitor quality indicators and implement programs to enhance resident outcomes
- Support resident admissions, transitions of care, and ongoing clinical needs
- Foster a culture focused on dignity, respect, engagement, and exceptional customer service
