Akron Children's is seeking a
BE/BC Adolescent Medicine physician to join its growing team and practice at a
brand-new location, in the Cleveland suburbs. This is an exciting opportunity for the selected candidate to play an integral role in the
planning and development of the new clinic, helping shape its services from the ground up.
The physician will become part of a collaborative, multidisciplinary team dedicated to providing exceptional care to adolescents and young adults. The team provides a broad range of services, including
primary care, eating disorder care, adolescent gynecology, and care for incarcerated youth. The ideal candidate will have an interest in
providing eating disorder care and contributing to the continued growth of this service.
This unique opportunity offers the chance to practice comprehensive adolescent medicine while working alongside a dedicated team committed to meeting the diverse health needs of young people.
Call is approximately 1:6 weeks, providing an excellent balance between clinical practice and personal time.
Preferred Qualifications- MD, DO, or equivalent medical degree.
- BE/BC in Adolescent Medicine.
- Eligibility for medical licensure in Ohio.
- Eligibility for academic appointment at Northeast Ohio Medical University.
