About the job you're consideringAn Journey Orchestration Lead designs and implements real-time, personalized customer experiences using Adobe Journey Optimizer (AJO) and the Adobe Experience Platform (AEP).
Your role- This role will focus on Customer lifecycles, orchestrate multi-channel journeys (email, SMS, push), and use data-driven insights to trigger actions based on behavior.
- Key tasks include technical integration via APIs/SDKs, data modelling, and performance analysis to optimize engagement.
- Enable data-driven decision-making by designing, implementing, and operationalizing insights in Adobe Customer Journey Analytics (CJA) to inform campaign optimization and experience design.
Your skills & experienceDevelop campaign, journey, and variant-level copy aligned to brand, channel, and audience strategy.
Partner with Journey, Analytics, and Creative teams to refine messaging based on performance data.
Journey Design & Execution- Create complex, multi-step customer journeys using AJO's visual canvas.
Real-Time Data Integration-Utilize AEP to ingest real-time data from events, behavioral, and transactional sources.
Technical Expertise- Integrate AJO with Adobe Campaign, Adobe Target, and third-party systems using APIs and SDKs.
Strategic Optimization- Define data-driven strategies for segmentation, testing, and journey performance tracking, often including AI/ML services.
Orchestration Controls- Implement journey arbitration to prioritize messages and manage frequency caps to avoid over-communication
Translate stakeholder questions into actionable journey-level insights.
Partner with MarTech and Data teams to ensure event schemas and data structures support analytics needs.
Support per-campaign and cross-campaign performance analysis during iteration waves.
Develop dashboards and insight frameworks that inform content, journey, and media decisions.
Enable knowledge transfer to internal teams to build analytics self-sufficiency.
Experience in technical roles related to digital marketing.
Deep knowledge of Adobe Experience Cloud, particularly AJO and AEP.
Proficiency in JavaScript, APIs, and data modeling..
Experience working within enterprise brand and compliance constraints.
Improves campaign effectiveness while supporting faster launches and easier optimization.
Ensures creative excellence is preserved within a scaled MarTech operating model
Digital analytics or customer journey analytics roles.
Hands-on expertise with Adobe Customer Journey Analytics; AEP experience strongly preferred.
Strong understanding of event-based data models and marketing measurement.
Ability to communicate insights clearly to both technical and non-technical audiences.
Experience supporting iterative, agile campaign delivery environments.

The base compensation range for this role in the posted location is: $82,082 - $193,440.
