The Adobe Audience & Campaign Engineering Ops Technical Lead is responsible for the technical execution of audience targeting and activation across Adobe Real-Time CDP (RTCDP), Adobe Journey Optimizer (AJO), and Adobe Campaign Classic v8. This role ensures operational excellence in audience segmentation, identity resolution, and cross-platform synchronization while maintaining compliance and delivery accuracy.
Your role
• Operationalize Adobe RTCDP, AJO, and Campaign Classic v8 for audience targeting and activation.
• Maintain reusable segments, identity logic, and delivery QA to support targeting accuracy and journey orchestration.
• Supports journey orchestration and cross-platform synchronization using AJO and Campaign Classic v8.
• Ensure cross-platform synchronization and channel delivery accuracy across activation endpoints.
• Define and manage traits, calculated attributes, and governed audience definitions.
• Work across sandboxes to support scalable and compliant audience activation workflows.
• Ensures compliance through consent governance, expiration policies, and PII-safe design.
• Diagnose and resolve delivery issues across Adobe Experience Cloud platforms.
• Advise business teams on orchestration constraints and best practices
• Maintain QA toolkits and diagnostics to support campaign reliability and scale.
Your skills & experience
• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or related field.
• 5+ years of experience in digital marketing technology operations.
• Hands-on experience with Adobe Real-Time CDP (RTCDP), Adobe Journey Optimizer (AJO), and Adobe Campaign Classic v8.
• Strong understanding of audience segmentation, identity resolution, and governed audience definitions.
• Experience managing traits, calculated attributes, and activation workflows across sandboxes.
• Knowledge of consent governance, expiration policies, and PII-safe design.
• Proficiency in diagnosing and resolving delivery issues across Adobe Experience Cloud platforms in Production.
• Ability to navigate Production challenges and issues from a operation stand-point
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills to advise business teams on orchestration best practices.
• Adobe certifications in RTCDP, AJO, or Campaign Classic v8.
• Experience with QA toolkits and diagnostics for campaign reliability.
• Familiarity with cross-channel delivery and activation endpoints.
• Experience working in enterprise-scale marketing operations environments.
• Knowledge of data privacy regulations and compliance frameworks.

The base compensation range for this role in the posted location is: $82,082 - $193,440.

In addition to base salary, this role may be eligible for additional compensation such as variable incentives, bonuses, or commissions, depending on the position and applicable laws.
