Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in Business/Communications or related field preferred; or equivalent experience in sales/marketing/Director of Admissions.
• Two years of experience in a sales/marketing position or related Admissions position can substitute for educational requirements.
• Experience in health care community relations is preferred.
• Effective presentation skills are essential.
• Strong organizational skills are necessary for managing multiple tasks efficiently.
• Familiarity with reimbursement programs from payer sources, or ability to learn quickly, is required.
• Must be self-motivated and capable of working independently toward goals.

Responsibilities

• Manage the inquiry and admission process for the facility.
• Provide tours, personal visits, assessments, and follow-up to prospective customers.
• Deliver comprehensive information about the facility to interested parties.
• Coordinate and implement effective sales and marketing programs for the facility.
• Engage with potential clients through various communication channels to enhance admissions.
• Develop strategies to build relationships with referral sources and the community.
