Key ResponsibilitiesAdmissions and Census Growth - Admissions Management: Coordinate the full admissions process in a high-volume setting. You will respond promptly to inquiries, screen potential residents against admission criteria, and ensure all necessary paperwork (applications, contracts, insurance details) is completed accurately.
- Relationship Building: Develop and maintain strong, positive relationships with local hospitals, physicians, social workers, and other community referral sources to ensure a steady stream of new resident inquiries.
- Marketing and Outreach: Represent the facility professionally at marketing events, networking opportunities, and tours to promote the facility's specialized programs and services.
- Team Collaboration: Work closely with facility department heads to ensure a smooth and successful transition for new residents, including coordinating room readiness and clinical hand-offs.
- Reporting: Prepare and analyze weekly reports on admissions and referrals to track progress toward census goals and identify market trends.
