Admissions Director -

The Admissions Director is a vital leadership role responsible for overseeing and directing the admissions process to achieve census growth and maintain strong relationships with referral sources. This is a fast-paced environment-averaging 2-3 admissions per day-where you will be joining a great team of professionals. The ideal candidate is a skilled relationship builder who genuinely enjoys serving the elderly and ensures every resident's journey begins with excellence.

Key Responsibilities

Admissions and Census Growth
  • Admissions Management: Coordinate the full admissions process in a high-volume setting. You will respond promptly to inquiries, screen potential residents against admission criteria, and ensure all necessary paperwork (applications, contracts, insurance details) is completed accurately.
  • Relationship Building: Develop and maintain strong, positive relationships with local hospitals, physicians, social workers, and other community referral sources to ensure a steady stream of new resident inquiries.
  • Marketing and Outreach: Represent the facility professionally at marketing events, networking opportunities, and tours to promote the facility's specialized programs and services.
  • Team Collaboration: Work closely with facility department heads to ensure a smooth and successful transition for new residents, including coordinating room readiness and clinical hand-offs.
  • Reporting: Prepare and analyze weekly reports on admissions and referrals to track progress toward census goals and identify market trends.
