Shift: Individual schedules can be determined with supervisor and within business needs/hours. In general, our agency provides services Mon-Fri from 8:00am to 5:00pm.
Salary Range: $87,796.80 to $123,073.60 (annually). There are 15 steps on our salary scale. We use a bona fide factor system to determine starting wage (years of experience, education, credentials, and specialty skills that relate to the job requirements).

Position Requirements: Demonstrated knowledge of addiction treatment and behavioral health systems, including regulatory compliance, quality improvement, and program operations. Ability to lead multidisciplinary teams, analyze operational and performance data, develop collaborative relationships with internal and external stakeholders, and effectively manage competing priorities in a fast-paced treatment environment. Strong skills in strategic planning, problem solving, workforce development, and organizational leadership. Proficient in Microsoft Office applications and electronic data systems.
Summary: The Administrator of Addictions Residential Services is responsible for the administration, financial performance, regulatory compliance, and operational management of withdrawal management and residential treatment programs. This position provides leadership and oversight of program operations, quality improvement, workforce planning, licensing compliance, and fiscal stewardship to ensure the delivery of safe, effective, culturally responsive and person centered addiction treatment services.
Working conditions: This position works in an office environment.
