Summary:

The Administrator, Corporate & Physician Enterprise Property Management is responsible for providing management and coordination of property management services, to support the needs of all CH ministries, including the Trinity Medical Practices within the Catholic Health Physician Enterprise. Position will ensure exceptional service is delivered to all ministries, to complete property management initiatives.

Requires daily contact and interaction with real estate and project stakeholders, as well as all other levels of CH management. Assists with implementation of system-wide property management policies and procedures. Understands, interprets and communicates NYS real property law, Catholic religious and ethical directives, DOH regulations and not-for-profit law issues to department heads and staff as they pertain to property management, physician lease agreements, service agreements and real property transactions. This position regularly interfaces with all CH and Physician Enterprise ministries.

Specific to Catholic Health Physician Enterprise, responsible for coordination of property management services for the various practice offices across WNY; assists in creation and standardization and implementation of property management services; review and tracking of property management requests received from the CH Physician Enterprise (CH Article 28 and Captive PC (i.e.: Trinity Medical, Emmaus, Niagara Medicine, others TBD)) practices to ensure internal and external property management services are coordinated, delivered accurately and within given project timelines. Manager will serve as key triage/liaison and facilitator of 3rd party property management service requests to support all Physician Enterprise and Trinity Medical practice locations.

EDUCATION

  • Bachelor's degree, (property management, business, legal studies/paralegal degree preferred)
  • Associate's degree with a minimum of 6 years of experience in the field is required


EXPERIENCE

  • Minimum of four (4) years of experience managing complex corporate property portfolios involving property management, health care law (preferred), not-for-profit law and real property acquisitions
  • Budget management, planning and decision making
  • Leadership of project initiatives with demonstrated experience with contract analysis
