As a Project Integration Engineer III on the project, you will provide executive-level administrative, personnel processing, and correspondence support in a high-visibility front office environment. Operating under the direction of front office leadership, this position ensures timely, accurate, and compliant execution of personnel actions, official correspondence, records management, and coordination activities that support leadership decision-making, workforce accountability, and mission execution.
• Personnel Action Processing and Awards Coordination:
Process a variety of personnel actions, with primary responsibility for coordinating and processing Joint awards, appointments, joint assignment actions, and other personnel transactions in accordance with applicable regulations, policies, and procedures. Review award packages and personnel actions for accuracy, completeness, and compliance prior to processing, and track all actions through final disposition.
• Personnel Records and Workforce Data Management:
Assist with maintaining the Joint Manning Document (JMD) by updating position, assignment, and organizational data to ensure personnel records remain current. Assist with maintaining rating schemes, assignment rosters, personnel tracking systems, and supporting documentation in accordance with established guidance and records management requirements.
• Onboarding, Out-Processing, and Personnel Accountability:
Coordinate onboarding and out-processing activities by preparing required documentation, tracking completion of required actions, and ensuring personnel accountability. Coordinate with supervisors, HR offices, and internal stakeholders to obtain required documentation and resolve routine personnel issues affecting personnel movement and processing.
• HR Guidance and Issue Resolution:
Research personnel issues, gather supporting information, and provide recommendations to supervisors on routine and moderately complex human resources matters. Provide guidance to employees and supervisors on routine personnel policies, procedures, and administrative requirements while ensuring confidentiality of sensitive information.
• Executive Correspondence and Administrative Writing:
Draft, edit, format, and staff official correspondence and leadership-ready products, including memoranda, letters, endorsements, executive summaries, talking points, personnel packages, and other administrative documents. Ensure all products are accurate, clear, complete, and compliant with established standards, regulations, and protocol.
• Tasking, Suspense, and Records Management:
Track taskings, suspense dates, routing, approvals, and personnel actions while maintaining organized records, version control, and supporting documentation in accordance with records management requirements. Safeguard sensitive information and ensure records are readily retrievable for reporting, audit, and leadership review.
• Calendar, Meetings, and Coordination Support:
Coordinate meetings and administrative activities by preparing agendas, read-ahead materials, and supporting documentation; recording action items; and assisting with follow-up actions as assigned. Serve as a point of contact between HR component representatives and the JTT to facilitate communication, coordinate personnel actions, and resolve routine administrative issues.
• Reporting, Metrics, and Workflow Monitoring:
Compile personnel reports, staffing metrics, and recurring status updates for supervisors and leadership using HR information systems and administrative tracking tools. Monitor assigned workloads, identify discrepancies, and recommend process improvements to enhance efficiency, timeliness, and compliance.
• SOPs, Reference Materials, and Continuous Improvement:
Assist with developing and updating Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs), desk guides, and reference materials for personnel processing and administrative functions. Monitor adherence to established procedures, identify workflow gaps or risks, and recommend improvements to strengthen internal controls and service delivery.
• Stakeholder Engagement and Administrative Support:
Provide administrative support to leadership and special staff by coordinating with personnel, legal, compliance, operations, and other stakeholders to gather inputs, clarify requirements, communicate decisions, and deconflict priorities to keep actions complete and leader-ready.

Qualifications
• Required: Bachelor's degree in public administration, policy, human resources, business, communications, or a related field, or equivalent experience.
• Must be legally authorized to work in the United States without the need for employer sponsorship, now or at any time in the future
• Active Secret security clearance required
• 6+ years of experience in executive administrative support, personnel action processing, human resources administration, correspondence/staff action processing, compliance/policy administration, records management, or similar roles.
• Demonstrated knowledge of personnel processing procedures, administrative practices, and records management requirements.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills, including professional editing and close attention to detail in formatting, names, dates, references, and supporting documentation.
• Proficiency with office productivity tools, HR information systems, and digital document/recordkeeping systems.
• Demonstrated discretion and ability to manage sensitive and confidential information appropriately.
• Proven ability to prioritize competing requirements and deliver high-quality, accurate outputs under tight deadlines in a high-tempo environment.
Preferred:
• Experience processing Joint personnel actions, Joint awards, assignments, onboarding/out-processing actions, or related military/government personnel transactions.
• Familiarity with Joint Manning Document management, rating schemes, assignment rosters, and workforce tracking systems.
• Military/government training in staff action processing, official correspondence writing, executive support, records management/information governance, protocol/VIP visit coordination, privacy, or controlled information handling.
• Relevant military occupational specialties/backgrounds such as Army 42A, USMC 0111, Navy YN/PS, or Air Force 3F5X1.
The wage range for this role takes into account the wide range of factors that are considered in making compensation decisions including but not limited to skill sets; experience and training; licensure and certifications; and other business and organizational needs. The disclosed range estimate has not been adjusted for the applicable geographic differential associated with the location at which the position may be filled. At Deloitte, it is not typical for an individual to be hired at or near the top of the range for their role and compensation decisions are dependent on the facts and circumstances of each case. A reasonable estimate of the current range is $93,200 to $155,400.
You may also be eligible to participate in a discretionary annual incentive program, subject to the rules governing the program, whereby an award, if any, depends on various factors, including, without limitation, individual and organizational performance.
