Full Job Description
Under the direction from the Nurse Manager of the Kidney and Pancreas Transplant Program, provides administrative leadership supervising all Administrative Assistants and providing analytical support to the UCLA Kidney and Pancreas Transplant Program. Responsible for the initiation of projects, planning and analysis, review of referral and workload reports for all phases, and patient management systems; monitors operational efficiencies. The MSO reports directly to the Nurse Manager of the Kidney and Pancreas Transplant Program. Job responsibilities are expected to be completed either independently or with minimal supervision by the Nurse Manager of the Kidney and Pancreas Transplant Program. Overall job performance is evaluated by the Nurse Manager of the Kidney and Pancreas Transplant Program. Salary Range:$70,900-145,200/annually
