As a collaborative problem-solver who takes ownership of administrative workflows, your efficiency and dedication will directly enable our research and development team to stay focused on delivering breakthrough therapies that change patients' lives. • Handle all aspects of departmental or global meeting logistics, including conference room reservations, teleconferences, videoconferences, catering, and arranging visitor access as needed.
  • Maintain complex calendars, manage travel arrangements, and process expense reporting for LT members, as required.
  • Collaborate with and serve as a backup for other administrative colleagues in St. Louis or Cambridge and liaise seamlessly with administrative partners across the organization.
  • Submit tickets for computers, printers, and facility-related issues, order general office supplies, and coordinate office equipment changes with support departments.
  • Schedule interviews for staff, colleagues, and contractor positions.
  • Support team leaders with the onboarding and offboarding of colleagues and contractors, including coordinating office/cubicle space, computers, phones, and corporate AMEX cards.
  • Support the organization and execution of departmental events (e.g., arranging catering, coordinating locations).
