• Operate with autonomy and influence - Serve as the senior operational leader for the practice, driving strategic priorities and helping shape its future direction.
• Make exceptional service part of the care model - Create an environment where responsiveness, professionalism, discretion, and relationship-centered care are embedded in the way the practice operates and are as important as operational and clinical performance.
• Lead in a complex, high-expectation environment - Navigate the unique dynamics of a highly personalized practice while supporting skilled physicians and staff who are deeply committed to clinical excellence and an exceptional patient experience.
