Position Overview:
This individual will support the Office of the Chief Operating Officer and Chief Physician Executive. Essential for creating and implementing important strategies across the organization. This role manages complex and sensitive issues while achieving important business goals.

As a trusted advisor to top leadership, provides expert advice and ensures that key resources and solutions are available for making crucial decisions. This role requires a strong understanding of the organization's policies and strategies to implement effective initiatives.

Will manage multiple important projects, collaborate across teams, and develop innovative solutions for various challenges. Uses good judgment and problem-solving skills when handling confidential matters and addressing urgent organizational issues.

Key tasks include overseeing complex projects from start to finish, advancing organization-wide strategies, and achieving measurable results. This role also helps set department goals and encourages a culture of ongoing improvement and operational excellence.

Job Description:

EDUCATION:

Equivalent experience will be accepted in lieu of the required degree or diploma.

Pay Range is $122,761.60 to $184,142.40 / annual salary

The compensation range may vary based on the geographic location where the position is filled. Total compensation considers multiple factors, including, but not limited to a candidate's experience, education, skills, licensure, certifications, departmental equity, training, and organizational needs. Base pay is only one component of Sutter Health's comprehensive total rewards program. Eligible positions also include a comprehensive benefits package.
