Position Overview:
Plays a key role in the development and implementation of strategic initiatives. The role requires a hands-on approach to managing and achieving key results, while maintaining a focus on resolving highly sensitive issues. Ensures that necessary resources are available to provide leadership support and facilitate the resolution of strategic and sensitive issues or projects within Sutter Health. Responsibilities include providing high-level, specialized support to executive leadership, working independently on a variety of complex and often confidential assignments. This role involves exercising sound judgment and applying in-depth knowledge of organizational policies, procedures, and administrative infrastructure. Handles a broad range of critical inquiries and issues, utilizing creativity and originality to develop effective solutions for unique or recurring challenges. Responsibilities include overseeing and managing projects, conceptualizing, developing, driving high-level strategic initiatives, and achieving the expected results. Also participates in the development and implementation of department goals and objectives.

EDUCATION:

Equivalent experience will be accepted in lieu of the required degree or diploma.

  • Ability to build and establish effective working partnership with employees, peers and/or leaders to achieve program objectives.
  • Proven experience providing high-level administrative support to senior executives.

The compensation range may vary based on the geographic location where the position is filled. Total compensation considers multiple factors, including, but not limited to a candidate's experience, education, skills, licensure, certifications, departmental equity, training, and organizational needs.
