  • Holidays: 13 paid days per year

Minimum qualifications:

Responsibilities
  • Act as the primary gatekeeper and strategic partner for your designated executives, managing high-complexity calendars and travel while proactively aligning their time with business priorities.
  • Identify opportunities and propose operational improvements and communication cadences for the executive's entire leadership team, driving greater efficiency and effectiveness.
  • Orchestrate large-scale events and strategic projects (e.g., summits, off-sites) from initiation to delivery, serving as a primary lead for cross-functional stakeholders.
  • Serve as an organization-level power user of Gemini and other AI tools to automate workflows, enhance team-wide responsiveness, and drive productivity gains.
