Minimum qualifications: - 3 years of administrative experience in a technology or international environment working on core administrative tasks (e.g., travel management, expense reports, calendar management, facilities coordination, etc.).
Preferred qualifications: - 6 years of administrative experience supporting executive-level management in a corporate environment, and managing small-scale projects and events from pre-planning to execution.

Responsibilities - Act as the primary gatekeeper and strategic partner for your designated executives, managing high-complexity calendars and travel while proactively aligning their time with business priorities.
- Identify opportunities and propose operational improvements and communication cadences for the executive's entire leadership team, driving greater efficiency and effectiveness.
- Orchestrate large-scale events and strategic projects (e.g., summits, off-sites) from initiation to delivery, serving as a primary lead for cross-functional stakeholders.
- Serve as an organization-level power user of Gemini and other AI tools to automate workflows, enhance team-wide responsiveness, and drive productivity gains.
