Responsibilities- Manage complex, multi-time-zone schedules and co-ordinate comprehensive domestic and international travel logistics, including itineraries, visas, and transport.
- Build strong relationships with leadership by anticipating needs, prioritizing critical tasks, and proposing solutions to facilitate effective decision-making.
- Streamline processes to improve efficiency while managing financial administration, including expense claims, purchase orders, and contracts.
- Facilitate productive meetings by preparing agendas and documentation, tracking deliverables, capturing action items, and serving as a primary point of contact for stakeholders across the organization.
- Draft team communications and execute seamless internal and external events, ranging from seminars and talks to off-sites and visitor arrangements.
