Administrative Assistant, Lead!

What will you do in this position?- Act as a Lead to the Administrative Assistant positions. This includes scheduling and prioritizing work tasks, assigning and coordinating daily work activities, performing duties within scope of authority, and training.
- Apply specific knowledge of department policies and procedures to oversee administrative workflow, manage special projects and assignments, and relieve staff of routine administrative detail.
- Manage special projects and assignments and initiates process improvement initiatives across a wide range of areas, requiring comprehensive knowledge of departmental procedures and policies.
- Create, edit, and process memoranda, technical documents, and other communications.
- Support records management and retention initiatives by working with Administrative Assistants to maintain department files.
