The Executive Assistant to CEO conserves CEO's time and promotes the corporate image by representing the CEO internally and externally, acting as liaison between the CEO, key executives, board members and employees.
Provides high-level support to the CEO and other C-Level executives. Acts as an extension of the executive office by conducting research, preparing reports and other confidential materials, as well as communicating with board members. Duties are highly confidential and require comprehensive knowledge of Alignment Healthcare's policies, procedures, and operations. Responsibilities require discretion, independent judgment, confidence, tact, and poise.

- Represents the CEO by welcoming visitors, reviewing correspondence; arranging company dinners and other corporate functions; answering questions and meeting requests directed to the CEO.
- Accountable for the execution of board meetings to include: Booking and planning the meeting schedule, assembling meeting materials, distributing information to board members, taking notes during the meetings, and distributing follow-up materials. Discretion and poise is essential when liaising with board members.
- Helps key executives make consistent decisions by advising them of historical precedents.
- Arranges corporate travel and meetings by developing itineraries and agendas; booking air/ground transportation; arranging lodging and meeting accommodations.
- Completes projects and special assignments by establishing objectives; determining priorities; managing time; gaining cooperation of others; monitoring progress; problem-solving; adjusting plans.
- Updates job knowledge by participating in educational opportunities; reading professional publications; maintaining personal networks; participating in professional organizations.
- Improves quality results by studying, evaluating, and re-designing processes, implementing changes.
- May act as meeting recorder, summarizing action items precisely and following up on them.
- Promote and lead Process Improvement.
- Enhances president's and corporation's reputation by accepting ownership for accomplishing new and different requests; exploring opportunities to add value to job accomplishments.
- Provides superior quality outcomes by taking ownership of administrative services to ensure quality work.
- Handles more complex administrative duties including intricate calendaring and travel arrangements.

- Minimum Experience:
5-8 years related experience.
- Education/Licensure:
HS diploma required/ Bachelors or AA degree preferred.
- Other:
Excellent communication skills; advanced administrative writing skills
Excellent customer relations and organizational skills as well as excellent understanding of office practices and procedures.
Travel Logistics/Meeting management Skills
Advanced knowledge of Microsoft Office Products including excel and PowerPoint.
Presentation Skills.
Task-oriented with an excellent sense of priority, logic, objectivity and confidentiality.
Thrives in fast paced, start-up environment.
Demonstrate a significant ability for discretion and confidentiality in the handling of sensitive issues, plus have strong organizational and problem-solving skills.
