Qualifications

• 5+ years experience as a System Administrator
• Expertise in Windows Server, Microsoft 365, Hyper-V, and VMware
• Professional experience in a multi-client environment within an MSP (strong asset)
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Strong leadership abilities and team mentoring skills
• Valid driver's license and a vehicle required
• IT certifications such as Microsoft, A+, Network+ or others (plus)
• DEC in Computer Science or equivalent
• Bilingual in French and English required

Responsibilities

• Provide operational support for internal systems and client infrastructures, both remotely and on-site
• Monitor and manage IT assets including workstations, servers, and network equipment
• Deploy, configure, and maintain network and wireless infrastructure, including switches and firewalls
• Participate in the management, optimization, and evolution of server environments
• Collaborate on IT projects related to security, compliance, and cloud solutions
• Work within a TI team of approximately 10 members (Technicians, Analysts, Administrators, Director)
