Key responsibilities
• Manage branch administration and provide administrative support to the management team
• Manage end to end process of recruiting and training administrative support staff and provide ongoing management and support for development
• Follow up local issues that have been identified by the management team and escalate when necessary Support and drive strategic firm initiatives
• Identify and implement cost efficiencies with office (P&L management)
• Coach and educate all employees on administrative policies and procedures
• Implement service excellence standards, including coaching and educating administrative support staff on best practices on the 'client experience'
• Partner with the management team and the Home Office to address management or staffing issues.

The team
You'll be working as part of Wealth Management Americas. We help high net worth and ultra-high net worth individuals and families meet their financial goals through financial advisors who deliver products and services specifically designed for them. You'll be a member of the market team, reporting directly to the Market Administrative Office and working closely with the Market Head. You'll lead a team of administrative managers and support staff across your market acting as a coach on all aspects of the role.
Your skills and experience
• Ideally 3-5 years of experience with a leading financial institution
• management experience as administrative manager or other substantive leadership role
• series 7, 66 and 9/10
• motivated, self-directed and driven
• comfortable working in partnership and able to delegate effectively
• skilled at creating a positive business culture (you have the human touch)
• You're curious to explore how AI can improve how we build, deliver, and optimize workflows. You do this with sound judgment - validating outputs and aligning with policies, risk standards, and ethical use
Salary information
The indicative gross base salary range as a full-time equivalent role:
• United States - Colorado - Denver min USD 90000 - max USD 120000 /annum
