Full Job Description
Provide process oversight for updating alignments in BI alignment system Ensure consistent communication and alignment of strategy with Species leadership Provide timely updates and thorough explanation of changes to plans as they are customized to species needs Lead strategy and implementation of Incentive Compensation plans. You will actively contribute to the discovery, development and delivery of our products to our patients and customers. Duties & Responsibilities • Direct and oversee process flow and improvements on implementation of alignments from input provided by the field. Communicate with the business on needs and opportunities for improving visibility and communication around alignments. Review and update required changes/needs with species leadership on an individual bases in regard to Incentive Compensation. Insure processes are in place and all steps taken are compliant. • Internal Control & Audit / Integrity, Delivery & Protect • Ensures adherence to risk control checklists, provides coordination and assistance for audits as they are performed. • Serve as a testing lead for CompMax and Bitman including new enhancements and regression testing. Conduct strategy testing, including set up, filters, components, verify all calculations and special conditions. • Continuous Improvement / Delivery & Seek • Provides root cause analysis for issues that arise within the full end-to-end process from goals and achievements to payment execution. • Create, document and ensure that internal controls are in place at all critical points in the process. • Continually look for and propose process improvements. • Provide solutions to strategic needs within the business related to Incentive Compensation and alignments. Proactively communicate issues before they are identified by the field and provide information supporting solutions. Translate technical terminology into business speak when communicating to leadership and key stakeholders to ensure full understanding of the complexities to help support decision making. • Performs all Company business in accordance with all regulations and Company policies and procedures. When violations are noted/observed they are to be immediately reported to management. Demonstrates high ethical and professional standards with all business contacts in order to main BI's excellent reputation within the community. • Successfully completes Compliance Modules assigned annually by the Company. Requirements • Bachelors degree from an accredited institution in Business Administration, Accounting, Finance or Marketing • Minimum Seven (7) years of progressive experience in an administrative, marketing, customer service and/or relevant business experience. • Extensive understanding of Sales and/or Incentive Compensation. • Experience in Animal Health is a plus. • Demonstrated ability to organize, prioritize and balance multiple tasks simultaneously. • Demonstrates acceptable level of performance for all relevant competencies as defined in the On Track To Success Competency Model. History of successful performance. • Process oriented individual with strong problem solving skills.
