Qualifications

• Masters-prepared graduate from an accredited nursing and Nurse Practitioner program or accredited Physician Assistant program.
• Current AZ RN and APRN license if applying as a Nurse Practitioner, or current PA certification by NCCPA for Physician Assistant.
• Certification as an Acute Care Nurse Practitioner (ACNP) for NPs; registration as a PA by the AZ State Board of Medical Practice for PAs.
• Preferred experience in Hematology APP or fellowship; new grads with relevant RN or clinical Hematology experience considered.
• Active BLS and ACLS certification required at start date; DEA registration is mandatory.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate within a supportive team environment in the Cellular Therapy Clinic and inpatient BMT unit.
• Perform patient assessments and develop care plans tailored to hematology patients.
• Administer treatments and monitor patient responses throughout the care continuum.
• Participate in on-call rotations and support weekend and holiday coverage as scheduled.
• Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives within clinical operations.
