• Deliver analytical insights that inform pricing, reserving, forecasting, and risk decisions across healthcare and pharmacy businesses.
• Translate complex data and actuarial analysis into clear, actionable recommendations for business partners.
• Own meaningful projects end-to-end, from problem framing through execution and communication of results.
• Apply actuarial judgment to real-world business questions, balancing precision, risk, and practical decision-making.

Required Qualifications

Additional Information:
  • Location: This position is based in one of the following office locations: Austin, TX; Bloomfield, CT; Denver, CO; Franklin, TN; or Philadelphia, PA.
  • Work Schedule: Hybrid workplace: A collaborative on-site work environment with the flexibility to work remotely two days per week. All associates are encouraged to come into the office regularly for collaboration, connection and networking opportunities.
  • Recruitment Process: The recruitment process is all conducted via live video including a screen with a recruiter, a first round interview, and a final round consisting of multiple interviews with actuarial leadership.
  • Pre-Employment Requirements: Selected candidates will be required to complete mandatory pre-employment tasks approximately 45 days prior to the program start date. Completion of the drug test requires availability within the United States during this timeframe.
  • Work Authorization: This position is open only to individuals who are eligible for employment in the United States and who would not require visa support including H-1B or CPT/OPT/STEM, etc., now or in the future.


If you will be working at home occasionally or permanently, the internet connection must be obtained through a cable broadband or fiber optic internet service provider with speeds of at least 10Mbps download/5Mbps upload.

For this position, we anticipate offering an annual salary of 75,000 - 125,000 USD / yearly, depending on relevant factors, including experience and geographic location.

This role is also anticipated to be eligible to participate in an annual bonus plan.
