We are currently seeking a ACTR (Assistant Contract Technical Representative) to join our team in Washington DC, District of Columbia (US-DC), United States (US).
Job Summary: The Program Analyst will be responsible as an Assistant Contract Technical Representative (ACTR), where you will monitor, evaluate, and report on the technical performance. You will serve as the primary technical advocate for Military, Civilian, and Contractor personnel, ensuring that enterprise IT services are delivered effectively and without disruption. You will be working closely with existing team members and will be a motivated self-starter work can work independently. Excellent communication and customer service skills are required to interface with the team, program leadership and the customer.
Primary Technical Responsibilities- Review and sign System Authorization Access Request (SAAR) forms as the designated ACTR.
- Submit and track account creation requests for NMCI NIPR, NMCI SIPR, Flank Speed, and NNPI.
- Execute and manage hardware and software buildouts including NMCI orders utilizing the Navy Enterprise Toolset (NET).
- Administer Microsoft Office 365 and Exchange services, including the creation and maintenance of Distribution Groups.
- Manage multiple IT systems and applications to ensure zero operational downtime for users.
Operational Support & Troubleshooting- Respond to service requests in a timely manner, fixing faults directly or accurately assigning them to the appropriate technical team.
- Interface directly with NMCI and Flank Speed helpdesks, ensuring technical issues are clearly articulated and resolved in the customer's favor.
- Maintain continuous oversight of asset management and technical service delivery to prevent loss of visibility or performance.
- Monitor daily workloads and shift between different responsibilities rapidly to meet emerging mission priorities.
Basic Qualifications: - Bachelor's Degree in a business or technical field
- Minimum 7 years of experience in engineering/science management, operations research analysis or financial/cost analysis.
- Minimum 5 years of experience working in U.S Navy Programs or operations
- Active Secret Security Clearance
NTT DATA provides a reasonable range of compensation for specific roles. The starting pay range for this role is $96,492 - $144,738. Actual compensation will depend on a number of factors, including the candidate's relevant experience, technical skills, and other qualifications. This position may also be eligible for incentive compensation based on individual and/or company performance. If the position offered in temporary, the position will not be eligible for incentive compensation.
