Active Directory & Entra ID AdministratorMounds View, MinnesotaWe're seeking an Active Directory & Entra ID Administrator to support a large-scale hybrid identity environment. This role focuses on Active Directory (AD), Microsoft Entra ID (Azure AD), and enterprise identity administration while ensuring secure access and compliance across on-premises and cloud environments.
Responsibilities- Administer and support Active Directory and Microsoft Entra ID.
- Manage user provisioning, deprovisioning, and access requests.
- Troubleshoot identity, authentication, and access issues.
- Maintain users, groups, file share permissions, and directory services.
- Support security compliance, access governance, and identity lifecycle management.
- Participate in Active Directory cleanup, normalization, and role-based access initiatives.
- Collaborate with IT, Security, and business stakeholders to improve IAM processes.
Required Qualifications- Bachelor's degree in IT, Cybersecurity, Computer Science, or related field.
- 2+ years of IT or Identity & Access Management experience.
- Experience with:
- Active Directory & Microsoft Entra ID
- ServiceNow or other ITSM platforms
- SailPoint IIQ/ISC, Saviynt, or similar IAM solutions
- CyberArk, Delinea, BeyondTrust, or other PAM tools
- Understanding of user provisioning, access control, and identity lifecycle management.
- Strong troubleshooting, communication, and problem-solving skills.
Preferred Qualifications- Experience with AWS, Linux/Unix, Splunk, or PowerShell.
- Knowledge of cybersecurity policies, governance, and enterprise identity security.
