Action Officer
The Opportunity:

In this pivotal Executive Officer & Action Officer role, you will stand at the intersection of strategy and execution, directly supporting critical national security priorities. Serving as the operational engine for senior intelligence leadership, you will bring structure to complex environments by orchestrating high-visibility taskings, driving cross-functional alignment, and modernizing policies to maximize enterprise efficiency. Where others see operational bottlenecks or unrealized potential, you will deliver clarity-providing clients with a comprehensive, holistic view of their mission ecosystem and empowering them to transform their day-to-day practices for maximum impact.

You Have:
  • 5+ years of experience supporting Intelligence Community customers
  • Experience overseeing day-to-day office operations, monitoring key deliverables, and tracking action items to completion
  • Experience identifying bottlenecks and implement process improvement initiatives across leadership workflows
  • Experience with the lifecycle of executive taskers, routing assignments, monitoring deadlines, and auditing final submissions for quality and compliance for Intelligence Community customers
  • Experience with government tasking tools
  • Ability to design, optimize, and document core business processes and standard operating procedures (SOPs) to enhance organizational efficiency
  • Ability to communicate effectively with senior level government clients
  • Ability to think proactively and identify critical gaps in coordination process
  • TS/SCI clearance with a polygraph
  • Bachelor's degree in Business

Compensation

Salary at Booz Allen is determined by various factors, including but not limited to location, the individual's particular combination of education, knowledge, skills, competencies, and experience, as well as contract-specific affordability and organizational requirements. The projected compensation range for this position is $77,600.00 to $176,000.00 (annualized USD). The estimate displayed represents the typical salary range for this position and is just one component of Booz Allen's total compensation package for employees. This posting will close within 90 days from the Posting Date.
